Why is this happening?
We’re launching a new competitively priced subscription, which will deliver our users unlimited access to our full suite our services across protection and annuities.
This All Access, iPipeline Subscription will help us deliver our ambition, to drive future improvements and innovation which helps more people secure their financial futures.
The revenue generated will be reinvested back into our platforms, which deliver value to our advisers. In fact we will be revealing a number of game changing enhancements in the coming weeks.
What happens if I don’t sign up?
You will lose access to Assureweb and could lose any saved clients/quotes in the system.
How do I register multiple people under one direct debit?
You can do this through subscription management.
Is the subscription VAT exempt?
Yes
Will annuities and protection be included in this subscription?
Yes, the subscription covers everything you have been using in Assureweb plus giving access to our market leading portal SolutionBuilder.
Does SolutionBuilder include whole of market?
As with Assureweb SolutionBuilder is also a whole of market tool. 8 in 10 advisers who use iPipleine portals already choose the enhanced features that SolutionBuilder offers.
Is Assureweb getting any new features?
Yes, this subscription is designed to enable us to invest and innovate. Users across both Assureweb and SolutionBuilder will see almost immediate enhancements. Over the coming weeks we will launch a new E-Apply service on Assureweb which will digitise the annuity application journey, saving time, effort and bringing a growth market into the 21st century.
Are you looking to discontinue Assureweb?
We have no current plans to discontinue Assureweb.
Will I be stuck in a contract?
You can cancel at any time by contacting our support team.
When will the direct debit be taken?
The direct debit will be billed on or around the 20th of each month starting from June

How long does my early sign-up discount last?
Users who sign up for an All Access, iPipeline subscription now enjoy free access until 1st June 2025, followed by 20% off their first year’s subscription. The discount lasts until 31st May 2026.
Do you do a discount for multiple users?
You can contact our sales team to discuss any potential multi-user discounts.
How do I make changes to my subscription?
You can add and remove members from your subscription direct debit via the subscription management section. For any other changes, please contact our Customer Support team.
How do I sign up for an iPipeline Subscription?
