Do I have to add underwriting details if I have two lives added?
No, you can choose to complete the underwriting information for either life, or for both.
Can I add a disclosure later?
Yes, you can edit or add disclosures at any time. Please note that you will need to revalidate any dates added, then save and continue before requoting.
How do I know I’ve answered all the relevant questions for a disclosure?
A green confirmation tick will appear on the left-hand menu column for that disclosure once all required questions are completed.
Where can I find or save the disclosures I’ve added?
Disclosures can be accessed on the results page, within the Solution box. Click ‘Underwriting Breakdown’, then follow the ‘underwriting applied for life’ link to view the information provided on the disclosure screen.
Can I save the disclosure PDF, or does it pull back into ConcertHub?
The disclosure PDF does not pull back into ConcertHub. You can save it manually, but it must be stored securely due to the sensitive data it contains.
Do the disclosures I’ve added pre-populate the provider site when I apply for the quote?
No, the disclosure data does not pre-populate provider sites. However, if no changes are made to the disclosures, the outcomes should remain consistent.
Q: Why don’t all providers return indicative underwritten premiums?
Only providers who have joined the Advanced Underwriting service return underwritten premiums. We are continuing to work with other providers and expect more to join over time.
